Dear Badminton Association of India,
I’m writing you on behalf of the Badminton Association of Slovenia, which one will organize an international series tournament in May (I Feel Slovenia Li-Ning open). In the last few days we got many requests for issuing invitation letters.
I discussed it with our Embassy in New Delhi and they gave me instructions on what we should do. We will issue one invitation letter IN THE BELOW MENTION FORMAT.
No. NAME AND SURNAME DATE OF BIRTH NATIONALITY DESCRIPTION (coach, player)
After deadline please send me all data for those who need visa and I will arrange invitation letter. We will issue an invoice for entry fee and after we receive payment we will inform Embassy and they will issue visas.
So please inform your players about that and to communicate with them and collect all data. I won’t issue any invitation letter before that.
