Please note the following charges related to tournament entries:
1. BAI Admin Charges: A flat fee of ₹2500/- is charged by BAI (all events) for withdrawing an entry, regardless of the withdrawal date. There are no entry processing charges.
2. Entry Fee: As per the prospectus, an entry fee is payable either at the tournament venue or to BAI (if not paid at the venue). We will share the entry fee invoice with you once we receive it from the organizer via entryfee443@gmail.com. This fee applies once your state player name appears in the main draw or qualifiers and reserve players who get promoted. Please advise the player to keep your payment receipt safe.
3. BWF Withdrawal Charges: If any player withdraws after the deadline, the organizer will charge a penalty fee, which will be invoiced to you after the tournament.
4. No Show Penalty: This penalty applies if a player withdraws without notifying BAI through your state association, and BAI fails to forward the withdrawal notification to the organizer.
