Please find attached herewith a Letter of Invitation containing important information regarding the championship, early submission of entries, accommodation, transportation from NJP Railway Station and Bagdogra Airport, weather conditions and other useful travel guidelines for participating teams.
As November is the peak tourist season in Sikkim, we kindly request all State/UT Associations to submit their entries and consolidated travel details by 2nd October 2026.This will enable us to make smooth and timely arrangements for accommodation and transportation.
