Please find attached herewith a Letter of Invitation<\/strong> \u00a0containing important information regarding the championship, early submission of entries, accommodation, transportation from NJP Railway Station and Bagdogra Airport<\/strong>, weather conditions and other useful travel guidelines for participating teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As November is the peak tourist season in Sikkim<\/strong>, we kindly request all State\/UT Associations to submit their entries and consolidated travel details by 2nd October 2026.<\/strong>This will enable us to make smooth and timely arrangements for accommodation and transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
